Hi, i got my inspire 3 today and for some reason, its not connecting my iphone xs max and i cant figure out whyyy :(( is it cos my OS is still ios 14??

Your guess is correct. You'll need iOS 15 or later running on your iPhone to meet Fitbit's current system requirements:
