Cardio fitness score not updated

I have a inspire 3 band which was logging a 45 cardio fitness score. Lately I have had scores of 46, which after clicking on them they do not get updated and a 45 appears again. 
When revisiting the historical data, the 46 does not show and only a steady 45 is shown.
