Cardio load has gone crazy

My cardio load targets and recorded cardio load have always been pretty consistent. I've always managed to get higher than my target. Lately my Fitbit has gone crazy increasing my targets to Impossible levels and not recording and giving me credit for my activity. I've tried to restarting the watch and I updated the Fitbit app but the situation gets worse everyday. What is going on??

My monthly average cardio load is 44 -50. Today it’s reading 146 even though I haven’t done any significant to get to that number. Something’s wrong  and don’t know how to fix it. Restarted Fitbit, iPhone etc nothing changed.

I deleted my cardio load data for one month back and that reset the algorithm.

To delete Fitbit data, open the Fitbit app and go to Account Settings (or the gear icon) > Delete Data, then select a data type and tap Delete for a specific date range or all of it. To erase all data from your physical Fitbit device, navigate to Settings on the device itself, then find the Clear User Data option and hold the screen for three seconds until it vibrates
