Cardio load not registering my workouts but the app recognizes my workouts.

Not sure why my Fitbit cardio load is not registering my workouts. I use the premium coach cardio exercises and the apps counts the exercises and zone minutes but the cardio section doesn’t recognize the workouts??? I have an Inspire 3. Thank you

I'm having the same issue. It say "0" cardio load for yesterday and today.  It seemed to be working prior to yesterday.  

Not a big deal to me. It's a fairly recent addition to the features of the device. 

I'm guessing it's a platform issue that will be resolved in a week or weeks from now.

I don’t know either as I’m having exactly the same issue. Premium workouts and runs tracked but cardio load for each says 0!! Help!!!!

Me too.  I have heart rates averaging above 149 and get 0 cardio load credit.  Who do we call? text?
