Cardio zone minutes doesn’t match resting heart rate

This makes no sense. At 1 AM my resting heart rate is 70 but my zone minute cardio at 1 AM says 123 and I was in deep sleep anyone else have this issue?

At least check your heart rate graph.  Zone minutes are derived from heart rate.  Any time zone minutes look wrong, first thought should be to blame heart rate, not zone minutes.  Then if your heart rate was in the cardio zone during that time, either consider whether maybe you heart was actually racing, or post that your heart rate reading was way off.

Just my suggestion.  Zone minutes don't just come from nowhere.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks… was just odd that I was asleep and the resting heart rate on my sleep profile was near average.
