Hello,

I am in a steps competition. Our period of the week for steps is Monday-Sunday. I tried setting my fitbit to Monday but it changes back to Sunday on its own. Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks!

Hi, @topo_chico_tx There are two areas to look at, one should work. In the Fitbit app on your phone touch your icon in the top right corner> Fitbit Settings>Date, time, units>Start week>select Monday>return to the "Today" screen & SYNC. My App is always on Monday. The other setting that might have an impact is the Calendar setting>Click the gear wheel in the top row>settings>slide down>start the week...Monday>I'm not convinced this will make any difference, it's the default calendar setting. Which app are you using for reporting your steps? Does it have a setting of its own?

I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Hey @Gr4ndp4 Thanks for your help. I am currently using the Fitbit app via Apple. I think it worked.

Hi, @topo_chico_tx, I'm pleased you've made progress, if you still have a problem I recommend you post your question on the  iOS App - Fitbit Community board as the iOS app sometimes differs from the Android app.

Cheers
