I am a long apple watch user and have been using mi bands in the past. Today I got my first fitbit.
The charger does not even stay connected. The first fitbit product I got and it turned out to be faulty. Has anybody else had issues connecting the usb charger?

Hi @Faizan1508 have you read the information on how to charge? Click to see it. You have to be sure that the top part of the charger goes in first, then lower the rest until it clicks. I recently got the Inspire 3 myself and that's how I position it to work.
