I just got the FitBit Inspire 3, and charging it is difficult because the charger keeps snapping off. It has two plastic bits that are supposed to snap into the watch, but they barely hold on and easily disconnect. Even laying the watch on a surface to let it charge is difficult because when it touches the desk the charger often snaps off. I'm afraid to breathe near it. Is this everyone's experience, or is it just my charger?

I have the same problem with 1 of 2 charging cables of our two Inspire 3 set up this Xmas. Can I have only a cable replaced or do I need to send the entire Inspire 3 unit back to Amazon?
Chatting with customer support resulted in receiving a replacement cable directly. All thumbs up.

Hi Yojana,
My problem was not resolved; it's still very difficult for me to charge the FitBit. The problem isn't with its ability to charge, it's with the charging cable itself. I see that Steven.C got his cable replaced; I need that too. Who do I contact?
UPDATE: FitBit have sent me a replacement cable and it's working well. Thank you!

@Oren10 -- contact fitbit support. for a cable replacement.
Mine connects fine, I just make sure the pin connections are correctly lined up and then start inserting one of the plastic bits into one side of the pebble and then the other on the other side. Also, because I like to have backups, I bought a set of two third-party inspire 3 charging cables. One is identical to the short charging cable you get with the device and the other is longer. Both work fine. Not a bad investment for a few bucks.
An aside. I also have an Inspire 2, and the charging cable looks just like the Inspire 3 cable. Sadly, the older cable doesn't fit the third generation inspire. (Same with older bands). So if you do buy some third party cables make sure they are designed for your Inspire 3 and not an older version.
