Clock faces for Inspire 3

I was wondering if there a way to look at the new clock faces for Inspire 3?  Whether or not I buy an Inspire 3 depends on what the available clock faces look like.

Hi @Sophie9165, We won't know about clock faces available until a review is posted or until the device is released and someone can share screenshots of the available clock faces.

@Sophie9165   The Wearable Whisperer posts all kinds of reviews and How To videos for many brands of fitness trackers and smartwatches.  I know she's posted videos of many Fitbit model clock faces.   Charge 5 clock faces   Give her a little time and I'm sure she'll post one for the Inspire 3 clock faces, too.

it really would be nice to have more choices (i think the default ones are all terrible). i appreciate the color screen, but that does not mean i want every item a different color. wish we could customize things a bit (ie set the color for time, date, etc). but at least... please give us some tasteful options.

Since Google now owns the company, it would be great if they could incorporate the Material You design language into these faces and the UI as a whole..but they will probably reserve that for the new pixel watch.

fitbit gets so much right with the inspire 3, but also... so much wrong. why can't i customize the screen? i hate the fade-in, every time. and i don't need the date; would rather have a larger indicator (ie heart rate) for example. some UI options would make this a real winner.

just my thoughts of course. overall, it's a good update from my inspire 1...

one more gripe (while i'm griping) 🤣

why can't i turn off the animation that plays every time i access the thing? i want to see the time, not watch things fall into place... every time. frustrating.

Welcome to '90s web design (before Google).

ha, really. and i don't get it. it's like they spent all their time on the design & functionality of the device. then, when it was time to do the clock faces, someone said 'eh, let robert's 5-year-old do it; the kid loves drawing with lots of colors'... 🤔

the 'glam' watchface (who named these things? 🙄) is reasonable. simple, and no animation. still, fitbit, please give us more (& better) choices for what is an otherwise exceptional device.

We need "Stats Heavy" on Inspire3🙄

Thank you so much for posting the Inspire 3 clock faces!  Unfortunately, I don't like any of them and won't be buying this watch.  I wish that Fitbit would offer more customization (like some of their competitors) in their smaller watch faces.  There are some better options with the Sense watch, but it's too big for my wrist.

Best Answer

i completely hear you. fwiw, the 'glam (!)' face is really simple, useful. still, fitbit needs to hire an actual graphics person, and offer, at least, some better faces. customization (of course) would be the best thing. these faces are garish and mostly, useless.

The video did a perfect job of showing the different faces!  Thanks so much!

For the faces where you can tap to scroll through the different stats, does it allow you to customize which stats are shown and in what order? I'd prefer the steps count be the first stat I see when I wake or tap the display, rather than the active zone minutes.  I don't necessarily need to see the calories at all.

Hey there, @MarshmallowPeep. Nice to see you around the Fitbit Forums.

Thanks for adding your comment about what you like to see implemented on Fitbit Inspire 3 clock faces. At this moment, there is no option to customize your clock face, but you can add this as a feature suggestion. To learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed, visit our FAQs.

I purchased the Inspire 3 last week. I wish I read this before I did purchase it. I don't see one normal digital time readout at all. I hate the vertical read out, its either that or an analog clock face without numbers. Yes, I am old enough to know how to properly read a clock. However, I depend on my fitbit as a watch down to the specific min...nearly impossible with an analog face without numbers and lines.

Also just another complaint: The piece that holds the tail end of the band in place has already broken off. 1 week I've had this device and I only had to buy this because the piece that holds the band on to the device of my inspire 2 broke off after 3 years of everyday wear.
