Clock face error on Inspire 3

My watch face is telling me to change clock in the app and it won’t show time on the watch , I’ve tried changing and nothing happens ,

it’s literally days since food input problems whats going on with fitbit

Thank you for taking the time to share with me the information about this difficulty that you are experiencing with Inspire 3. Thanks for trying to fix it on your own. 

Before considering other options, confirm that your device is using the latest version of the firmware:

1. Sync the device in the Fitbit app.

  • From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Devices.
  • Chooose the Sense 2.
  • Tap Sync Now.

2. Check for available Firmware updates.

  • With the Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app (make sure the Fitbit device is charged).
  • Tap the Today Tab > Devices > your device.
  • Tap Update (This option only appears if an update is available).

Follow the on-screen instructions: Keep the Fitbit device close to your phone during the update. When the update starts, a progress bar appears on the device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.

To solve the difficulty with foods, troubleshoot the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now.
