I am 72 years old and fairly active after two knee replacements. I walk briskly for 2km a day. I ride my stat bike for 15 min and get my HR up to about 120 bpm.
My Cardio Load Target has always been around 1-13 and I usually exceed it. Two days ago it jumped to 28 - 45 and it is the same this morning. Of course with my ability, there is no way I can reach those targets so quickly.

Well I updated my fitbit app and still not improvement. I just finished and brisk 30 min walk and it only gave me 1 cardio load target. Nonsense
