Crazy Cardio Load Targets

I am getting increasingly frustrated with the Cardio Load targets I am being given, day after day! It's says I am underwriting and once again has given me a daily target of 225 -316!! I have just done a 7 and a half mile brisk walk, burned 825 Cals, but only achieved 105 Cardio load!! Something is wrong with the target calculation, as I walk 5 - 8 miles briskly every day, and at 73 am generally very fit and active. I have always liked a challenge, but this is ridiculous!

@MagsB34   Do you have your fitness target set at Improve cardio fitness or Maintain cardio fitness?  If you have it set at improve, try changing it to maintain for a while.  Tap on your Cardio Load tile and you can find this option just below the bar graph.

Thank you for your reply. After changing from improve to maintain a couple
of weeks ago, the target dropped considerably, but has now reverted back to
a very high target! I am still sticking to my fitness règime of a good
brisk walk every day, and incidentally, I also do yoga, and yet, am made to
feel like I am under performing! I have now switched the cardio load tile
option off, but I still get the daily 'undertraining' notices.
