UPDATE: I figured it out. Ignore this posting. (Now I can't figure out how to delete this posting!)
Original posting: I have a Fitbit Inspire 3. The threshholds for Fat Burn, Cardio and Peak are not appropriate for me. The Fitbit app allows me to set a "Custom Heart Zone" by going into Settings > Activity & Wellness > Heart Settings > Heart Rate Zones, then checking the box for "Custom Heart Zone". I'm 70 years old, so I set the Lower Limit for 90 bpm, and the Upper Limit for 105 bpm. This keeps me in the 60% to 70% of maximum heart rate for my walking exercise. However, I can't find anywhere on the watch, the app, or the web dashboard that provides any information on whether or not I reached these custom heart zones I set. It makes no sense that Fitbit would allow us to enter the custom data, but not use that data in any of their screen reports. Am I missing something?

This was the reason why I bought my Fitbit, and it did not exist anymore.

But it disappeared with the new app? Now, after a workout, I can't find the custom heart rate minutes anywhere!?
