Device not tracking duration of exercise/activity

Frustrated! Device worked fine 3 days ago (Sunday).  Did not track exercise activity Monday or Tuesday. Did the Chat thing without resolution.

Mine is also not auto detecting exercise along with about 5 other things not working correctly since the update!

Could you solve it? I have the same problem for 5 days now, also since the update.

I tried all the "fixits" given in the Chat to no avail. I did change my
day that the week starts to Sunday and that gave me another day. BUT, It
did not pick up yesterday's walk... And this was one of the main reasons I
chose this device.

Perhaps the tech guys could figure this out.

Same here. I’ve done all troubleshooting and the data is still incorrect. I’ve had the Inspire 3 for 8 days😡 My Inspire 2 was doing the exact same thing! 

I’m hoping to get a refund

Latest: it added today’s steps to yesterday’s… and still did not recognize my activity. About to give up on this device unless they respond and/or fix it.
