Didn't receive the Inspire 3 I bought

I ordered and paid for an Inspire 3 on 17 Jan, the website stating delivery method 2 working days. 13 days later I had not received it so through a web chat asked for a refund. Initially I was offered 10% refund…. I was then informed I had to return it to get a refund: but I never received it. This has echos of a scam to me so my advice: do not order a Fitbit online. I have put a complaint to PayPal who are investigating.

I checked your account and,  as you mentioned, you have already a contact with our Support Team. This team is the one that should provide you with information or a resolution regarding your case.

Hi @Argus297  which website did you order from? Did you search for Fitbit sales and click on whatever popped up? Sometimes there are scam sites out there that look like Fitbit, but aren't. If you didn't go directly to Fitbit.com, you might have gone to the wrong place.

No, it was the Fitbit site. The web chat recognised the order number and the fact no delivery had been made, but nevertheless insisted I return the Fitbit to get a refund: but I did not receive it. Catch 22…

I did have contact with the support team, which was extremely unhelpful. I can only get a refund if I return the Fitbit which I cannot do as I did not receive it. The order was placed on 17 Jan, with 2 working day delivery. According to tracking an attempt was made to deliver in 26 January (7 working days) and again on 27 January. No undelivered card was left or record of attempted delivery on my video doorbell made, so the tracking is incorrect. I can only conclude this is a scam, and I am still awaiting a refund
