Disable single/double tap to wake screen during sleep mode, allow only by pressing on two sides

Disable single/double tap to wake screen during sleep mode, its too easy to get light flashed in the middle of night, hurting the eyes. I have almost stopped wearing this device due to this.
Can we have an option to wake sceen only by pressing on two sides, which makes it much more intentional check?
Also the minimum light in inspire 3 is not low enough, its still very bright at the bedtime.

Hi, @sauravv12, Welcome, The tap-to-illuminate function was designed to allow illumination while Sleep Mode was engaged with the minimum of effort on the part of the wearer. If you would like to put forward a feature suggestion you can do so at  Fitbit Community. It's a good idea to use the search bar to see if any suggestions merit your vote, If you do not find any to match your thoughts it's simple to post a detailed proposal.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Thank you for the reply. In my opinion, it's creating a problem even though the intention is to minimize the effort of engagement.

Can we please have an option in sleep mode where we can uncheck the "tap to illuminate" so that only with press on sides is when the screen wakes up?
