Does fitbit or Inspire modify the personal fitness configuration automatically over time (as you "hopefully" get fitter)?

Baseline keeps adjusting with time.  It's the most recent range of given time length.

The Inspire 3 and the fitbit app use data over a period to determine your personal range. e.g. Heart rate variability, resting heart rate. skin temperature, Oxygen saturation, breathing rate. Your fat burn, cardio and peak heart rate zones.

Heart rate zones are based on age, which you have no control over, but also resting heart rate, which tends to decrease as fitness improves, but can also vary slightly day-to-day.  You can see these slight changes in heart rate zones by tapping the Zone Minutes circle on you phone app near the top of Today page (at least until get new screen layout).

The other measurements, particularly those shown in graphs, determine your personal range based on your recent data.  I think most show in explanation how long it is based on, I'm guessing usually 30-60 days but not sure of time range.

I was aware they set a base line after a period. What I am not sure of is if this base line is fixed after being set. Or it continues to evolve or if the base line is fixed until the device is reset.
