Hi, my dashboard does not include any floors/stair measurements, Everything else works.
I use the Samsung A53 Mobile Phone GPS to track walks etc. Is it because that mobile does not pass the altimeter data to the Fitbit or is there a setting I have missed to instigate stair/floor recording?

@spc86 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
The Inspire 3 is not able to record any floors as it doesn't have the hardware for this.
This is why you don't have any floors tile on the dashboard.

Bummer! I just got an Inspire 3 to replace my old Fitbit One (battery after many years is finally dying to point of needing recharging every 48 hours) and thought there was a product defect, only to find this posting while looking online for help. Looking at product features on your website, none of Fitbit's trackers seem to track floors climbed any more. Now you must buy a smartwatch for that feature. I guess I see the rationale for that (i.e. the smartwatches cost a couple of times what the trackers cost) but it's a shame you made that choice. Thanks for the product feedback board link; I'm en route over there right now to leave feedback about this.
