Hi, @av12234 Welcome to the community, You can buy a replacement charging cable from Amazon (or Fitbit) at a modest cost, alternatively, if you still have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty it extends to the cable you received with your device. If you are experiencing problems charging your "Inspire 3" you may find this article helpful Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? If you use a non-Fitbit charging cable you may compromise the warranty.
Cleaning the contacts (and the rest of your device) may well resolve any problems that you have, I use Isopropyl 70% with a cotton wool swab to clean mine.
