Does the Fitbit inspire 3 have a preset yoga workout? Or do i have to add it after my workout.

@FaithAy , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Yoga was introduced into the Inspire 3 on a previous Firmware update. Meaning, if you already updated the Inspire 3 to the latest firmware yoga should appear to you in the exercise app.
