Double maps on walks

I just upgraded to an Inspire 3. I noticed when I do my walk using gps I get 2 maps. When I start my walk I set it up by choosing walk on my Fitbit device. I also make sure the GPS is connected. Then I go to my Fitbit app on my iPhone and choose the fitness tile where a map shows up. I then I hit start on both devices. When my walk is completed it shows 2 maps. The routes are the same but the data about my walk shows  different numbers. Is the data being combined so that my totals are off on my dashboard.?  Should I  not use the app on my phone and my Fitbit when recording a walk or should I just use one way?  Or is two maps normal?  I do like the maps. Hope this isn’t too confusing.

Just start and end it on your Inspire 3, or any Fitbit.
