Doubts about Inspire 3 charger

My Inspire 3 charger doesn’t look compatible with the device. I think I Was sent the wrong charger. The magnets push apart. It doesn’t look like the picture of the charger either nor does it reflect the directions from the manual.

@AmandaRNO The Inspire 3 has not been released yet. Do you have the Inspire 2 or the original Inspire?

No it’s orange inspire 3. I’m have the box. Not sure if it is because I preordered.

@AmandaRNO Well if you were sent the Inspire 3 and the charger is wrong, you should reach out to Customer Support about your order. There's nothing we can really do here to solve that issue. Congrats on getting your device early.
