Both me and my partner got Inspire 3 yesterday, ever since we got them it has been nothing but hassle, the apps are saying we're "over budget" for days we havent even started yet despite being under budget for the current day, its not tracking SpO2, It's tracking and giving a sleep score/breakdown for him but keeps telling me to "wear your fitbit to bed" the only data it is "recording" is my sleep schedule whereas my partner has a full breakdown of movements, rem, awake etc. We bought these devices because they were supposed to be "connect and go" but they are just causing headaches, Is the Inspire 3 just a terrible product that should be returned?

Hi @Chloe2846 you haven't had your Inspire 3 long enough for it to begin to understand your activity levels, much less the Sp02. Please give it a bit of time. I just got the Inspire 3 myself about two weeks ago and it's working just fine.

The SpO2 issue should be resolved with the update that many haven't received yet according to support. They are also saying that the device sounds like it might have defects as its not reporting how it should, they ran me through some troubleshooting and told me to come back tomorrow if it hadn't resolved. Like stated in the original post its issuing sleep reports to my partner who got his in the exact same parcel as mine so I don't see how its an "understanding activity" problem, if that were the case both would be having the same issue surely.
