It seems that the Inspire 3 recognized with your movement pattern that the activity was still going. This might happen if you have autostop on.
AutoStart/Autostop
This was implemented with the new firmware. This feature will open the exercise app as soon as the Inspire 3 recognizes any of the 7 new activities. In this case the settings are on the Inspire 3 itself.
This feature has an Autostart and Auto Stop options
To change the settings for autostart/Autostop do as follows .
Open the exercise app on the tracker.
Tap (each one individually) cycling, elliptical, rowing, running, indoor cycling, or walking.
Swipe up to activate/ deactivate Auto-Start/Autostop.
The next time the device detects this type of training, the training app will open automatically.
