Not sure how to get my energy/ calories burnt to work properly!! Boxing class - 1 hour and 10 mins ... sweat and a very busy workout... and it shows me 89 calories burnt!! Obviously wrong! ( my friend shows 686 calories on his) - I know mine would be less because I'm a female/ size / weight etc... but 89??? Help!!
