After a walk I haven’t been able to turn off the exercise function and my fitbit has recorded that I’ve been walking for 36 hours. I’ve tapped, pressed, and held the pause button, but nothing works. On the app it says it needs to update but when I try to update it my phone can’t connect to my fitbit. Does anyone have any advice for this?

It actually finally connected to my phone and updated the moment I posted this after several tries and it’s working now so it’s been solved thankfully
