Exported Data not Showing "Sleep"'; only Sleep Score [Google Account]

Hello everyone, 

 

I'm conducting research using the Fitbit and I need the complete sleep data. When I export the data, there is a "sleep score" file but no "sleep" file. I did toggle off a lot of different functions and the devices are given to patients. So it is possible that I toggled something off that I shouldn't have! Thank you for your help 🙂
