Fit bit app not accurate in counting steps ,different then app

When looking at app for 250 steps per hour, the app will show 1 hour did not meet the 250 steps and the Fitbit will show all hours were met. How can this be corrected?

Hi, @Lyons7 welcome to the community, when you discovered this discrepancy did you sync your Fitbit app on your phone? This will ensure you look at the most up-to-the-minute data from your Inspire 3. Your Fitbit app should sync automatically when opened but as a precaution I always manually sync by sliding my finger down the "Today" screen and releasing it (the green bar extends from left to right at the top of the screen).

Thanks for the info , no difference from tracker to app. Inspire 3 will show 1 more hour then app. Of meeting step requirements.
