I don't have Premium and I refuse to try it because I refuse to buy it. I cannot seem to get my fitbit to connect so that I can see my calls and texts on the band. Is that option only included in premium? I have tried following the instructions but nope, nothing. My fit bit won't even let me access the option. Also What is the range that it reaches. I do not carry my phone with me every minute of the day so being able to see calls & texts as they arrive is helpful. What is the range that it reaches. My old Samsung watch used to allow me to receive these alerts from anywhere in my house or yard.

Same here. This is about my fourth tracker and they all had the same issue. A few years ago I had the Blaze tracker and called in and complained about this issue and was sent a refurbished one. But after a few weeks it stopped working. I just got the Inspire 3 and of course it also doesn't give me any notifications. Starting to believe the Reddit post about the phone notifications being a false advertisement and Fitbit not caring about their customers. You'd think they fix this problem if many people are experiencing the same.

I also refuse to pay for the premium. Not work that it IMO. It be really dumb if I got the premium and all of a sudden the tracker starts working perfectly.

I think you have to let the Fitbit app see notifications and then go to the Fitbit app and select what apps you want to send notifications to your watch

I know that it's not a premium feature I was being sarcastic 🥲 . I did everything on troubleshooting website and including what you suggested and nothing worked. Restarted teacher and phone and deleted app. I'm just going to let it go. It is what it is. And the texts messages isn't the only issue. Wish it worked how it's supposed to.

My notifications worked for a short while- gone now.
Also I could see all my exercise history on the dashboard now i have to go to Manage Data followed by two more steps to find it

I like mine, but yeah premium is overpriced and just doesn’t need to exist. I just have premium cuz it came with the tracker.
