Does anyone else have a problem with FitBit (mine is Inspire 3) advising you that your daily readiness is high as is your cardio load - when you have been very sick for a couple of days?
I was walking at least 8 miles a day for several days, then my FitBit told me to rest but I got quite sick and unable to even get out of my pajamas and now my FitBit says I am 100 for readiness and gave me a high cardio load.
I cannot breathe, have swollen glands, am coughing & sneezing & my bones & joints hurt beyond belief - movement is painful.
But FitBit thinks I should be raring to go - you have to wonder tvat 14 hours in bed and very little motion during the rest of the day woukd signal something amiss, but, no, FitBit wants me out and about.
I wish we could log somewhere to alert FitBit that we are sick.
