Fitbit 3 - tracking exercise

Does anyone know if there is a way to add exercises to Fitbit 3 to start them directly on the watch!?

I previously had the Fitbit inspire hr and it would let me start tracking exercises on the Fitbit. For example, I added golf as one of my exercises and could start it directly on the Fitbit and stop it at the end of the round. I could also change my exercises from the app to different ones that would show up on the Fitbit. With the new Fitbit I upgraded too I can’t start any exercises directly on it, can’t seem to find where to add exercises in the iOS app, and can’t even start tracking golf in the iOS app. It seems to only have auto detect or start tracking for walking, run, biking. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m about ready to ditch it and go back to my old one even if it can’t hold a charge anymore.

Just swipe left or right from clock face to get to Exercise App (running man icon); then swipe up.
Manual goes on a few pages of more options.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
