Hello everyone, I feel like I’m going crazy. I recently tried to change to the larger OEM fitbit band that came with my inspire 3, and it is physically impossible. The pins on the band do NOT go down into the hole far enough for the other side to be able to span into place. I have probably spent over an hour trying to get it to work, and am struggling immensely.
I don’t know how this made it into the final product, but it should not be this difficult. I am hoping there is some sort of trick to getting the band snapped in. Does anyone have any tips? Thank you.

Hi, @sade1187 Welcome to the community, You may find this Video @ 6:46 useful as it demonstrates the disconnection & reconnection action. I suggest you clean the pebble sockets & band plugs with warm soapy water as the smallest debris can cause problems with what is a precisely engineered connector.
I hope this helps.
