Fitbit Inspire 3 not storing heart rate data

I know that my inspire 3 is tracking my heart rate - I can see on the watch face, the app logs a resting heart rate, and I can see historical daily averages - but it doesn’t display the data for the day. 

I’ve seen a million posts just like this one and have tried all the things. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you very much for your message about your heart rate data, and I am sorry to know you have this problem.
This is a matter that our team is looking into closely.

However, several users found that the issue was resolved by changing the time format of their cell phones from 12 hours to 24 hours (iOS System).

To do this, on your mobile:
Settings > General > Date & time > 24 hours > Slide to ON.
Then restart the Fitbit app (closing it by swiping up), reopen the app and see if the graph appears. This should instantly resolve the issue.
