Fitbit Inspire 3 - sleep is not tracked once a week.

After being forced to purchase a new Fitbit watch because my Fitbit Charge 5 had a “defect” I got an Inspire 3, three months ago. Now I’m noticing at least one day a week my Fitbit either doesn’t track my sleep at all or tracks a chunk of it and then assumes I’m awake. I wear the watch pretty snug to my body so there’s so way it’s not in contact with the skin/body. I restart it everyday, I was just on the phone with Fitbit and they wanted me to restart, uninstall and install the app, remove the Fitbit and then install it again, now they’re telling me to track my sleep and go from there.

Has this happened to anyone?

Hi, @abbeb Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regard to the sleep tracking using your Inspire 3.

The steps you have done in order to get this situation solved are ok, thank you do doing them, however, there are some tips for you to get a good night's sleep tracked, you can check them out here and let me know how it goes once you've followed them.

Also, complete the steps support has given you and then try to track a sleep each day in the week.
