My Fitbit Inspire 3 has stopped tracking exercise, zone minutes and sleep, and steps (it only picks these up from my phone which is pointless as I’m not someone who walks around with my phone glued to my side) - in fact everything other than time! The last time it worked fully was 24.3.25. There is no option to install any updates. It’s not a syncing with phone issue - it’s just not recording anything any more. Has worked fine for the last 9 months Ive had it. Baffled.

Hi, @Janie16, welcome to the community. You tell us it's not a syncing issue, but the symptoms you report seem to indicate it is. The way the device works with the Fitbit app is that movement, heart rate and any command touches are fed to the Fitbit app via Bluetooth. Some data is then processed on your phone, but some is passed by the Fitbit app to the Fitbit server where it is "crunched" and then returned to the Fitbit app for display. Sleep score & Stress management score are such. Before you can have an effective "Sync", your Fitbit app must be able to connect to the Internet via Wifi through your router or via cellphone signal. Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Android - Fitbit Help Center provides guidance & advice. If you are using your cellphone, ensure data is allowed on your account & you have sufficient credit.
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers
