Fitbit Inspire 3 stuck on Download the Fitbit app as it needs updating.

I was previously having issues pairing it with my Samsung phone. I tried factory resetting it and it then started to pair with my phone but said it needed updating. Which it started but then it never completed as it froze.

The Fitbit Inspire 3 is now stuck on the updated needed logo with a date and the Download the Fitbit app text.

It is still within its 2 year guarentee from John Lewis so do I need to get a replacement or can it be repaired?

Let me help you with the update of your Inspire 3.

If you are attempting to set up your Inspire 3 to your account and the installation freezes while the firmware update is downloading, i recommend that you follow the tips suggested in our help article Why can't I update my Fitbit device? below the section "All other devices".
