Fitbit Inspire 3 won't record body temperature

I have a Fitbit Inspire 3 and it will not record body temperature. I have worn it continuously for weeks, but it won't show temperature on the app. It records oxygen saturation (SpO2) fine. Is it broken?

Thank you for providing the information regarding the Inspire 3. 

Keep in mind that body temperature is the temperature inside your body, which is usually taken with a thermometer. It typically varies less than your skin temperature. Body temperature is referred to as core temperature by some Fitbit features and devices. Please, let me know if you are trying to see the information on health metrics tile. 

In the meantime perform the following steps on the Fitbit app:

• Log out from the Fitbit app.
• Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
• Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
• Check if the issue is still happening.
