What the heck is this new tile called Sleep Insights from Fitbit Labs that I am unable to remove. No option to close it! Already turned off in settings and 40 minutes on the phone with support with no idea how to remove or close! Takes up half my app page! I am really getting tired of all these issues with my Inspire 3.

@ValFer Please see this Help article for more help: What is Fitbit Labs? This feature isn't available to all users, is it might be hard to get a direct answer here.
BTW, I noticed that you are tracking Active Minutes in your Today stats. Fitbit uses CDC and WHO activity recommendations. The CDC stopped recommending active minutes in 2018. Active zone minutes are a better reflection of today's activity recommendations.

Laurie,
Thank you but I have noticed that you do not have an Inspire 3!
Just an FYI though, I am not tracking active minutes. FITBIT is doing that all on their own! Ever since active zone minutes arrived on my Inspire 3, the ability to remove active minutes is invisible. No where to be found. Gone girl! There it sits and pulls random minutes from nowhere. Do you think Fitbit support could figure this out? Absolutely not! So there my useless active minutes sit with a 15 minute goal every day!

I too am sick of this and the Cardio goal. Neither are even accurate for data. I am trying, wishing, to get them both off my app. They are just in the way. The sleep only counted part of my sleep. The cardio gives me activity while riding in the car but not for exercises. A waste of space!
