Is there any information as to whether Google or Fitbit are working to correct all the syncing problems that occur after connecting account to Google?
I will likely dump my Fitbit if not corrected. Sad as I’ve had one for many years.

Hi, @Bjking , is your Fitbit not syncing at all, or has the sync become intermittent and unreliable?
Have you tried giving your Fitbit a restart . Immediately after the restart please try to force a sync.
If that doesn’t work, I would recommend logging out of your account and logging back in again, as that will often force a sync, but do make sure that you know the gmail address you use with your Fitbit, and the password.
If both those first two suggestions don’t get it syncing then please have a look at this help article which explains the trouble shooting steps to take when your Fitbit will not sync - although I would not recommend following the advice to remove the Fitbit from your account.

Since moving to Google my Fitbit no longer captures heart rate or sleep. It syncs, and I've done the reset and updated the app. This is infuriating- maybe I should be happy it still records steps, but isnt worth much else. Ive also had it a long time and I hate losing my history, but I'm going to dump Fitbit/Google. Looking for recommendations for another tracker.
