Last night my device couldn’t find a heart rate all night? Really? I did not have these problems previously. It was not until this last update that I began having issues. All my stats are incorrect. Exercise stats are wrong as well as sleep stats. Fix your issue or loose a customer.

Hi there, @LauraHL. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not syncing all your data accurately to the Fitbit app. I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you!
Are you still having issues with your data being properly transferred? If so, please try the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Before trying the above, please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
Regarding your heart rate not being tracked, please see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and Why don't I see sleep stages today?
Hope that helps.
