Every so often, when I open the app, it asks me if I want to replace with new device. I don't have a new device. I keep having to do this to use the app. Why? How can I get it to stop.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
