Every time I sync, which is sometimes slow and I must do it a few times, it then reverts to August 9. If I view my sleep hours and benchmark, when I go back it has reverted to the August 9 sleep hours again. Is this a Fitbit problem or an App problem?
I already had a problem with my original Inspire 3 and had to send it in and they sent me a refurbished one. Since then I've started to have this August 9 problem. Is there some sort of lock I need to undo?

Hi there, @mlaiuppa. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the Fitbit app is reverting to August 9th. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
It sounds like you're experiencing a syncing issue overall. Have you confirmed that your Inspire 3 is indeed syncing? To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
