Got my fitbit about 3 days ago now. I mainly use it to keep an eye on my heart rate. The watch itself is working fine, but the app isn't logging it correctly. I'm not sure if how I'm gonna explain this makes sense but I'll try. So for example, earlier my heart rate spiked to about 170 bpm as shown on my watch. However, when I went to check the app, it only logs it as like 140. Not just that, but a few minutes after that it will completely erase that spike and change it to like a 110 instead. Basically the app won't record the bpm correctly, and it deletes certain points and replaces it with a different bpm within a few minutes.
Not sure if that made any sense, so I'll attach photos.
So as you can see in the first photo, it logged that around the 140s (which it was actually in the 160s so that was wrong anyways)
However, in the second photo, it shows that that 140 bpm log got completely removed and replaced as a much smaller number.
Not sure why it does this or if there is a solution, but if there is, can someone please let me know?

@iih0ttea Those spikes got smoothed out because that graph is an average over five minutes. The number you see on your watch is a spot value.

Yesterday, the day this post was made, I also had problems with my active minutes getting recorded correctly. I got only 18 minutes, where it should have been over 60.
Today, it’s fine.
