Recently I changed to an inspire after my last Fitbit died , everything worked fine for a month or so , now my app won’t show steps or sleep , I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app , I’ve tried clicking the edit button in too right hand corner as suggested on other threads , but it doesn’t bring them up as an option to re add to the dash screen , any help ?

@Keelz - sounds like it is not syncing. Try removing your Fitbit from the app and then adding it back as a new device. To do that click your screen name at the top left of Home Screen, select your inspire, scroll to the bottom and ‘Remove This Inspire 3.’ Then go to ‘Set Up a Device’ (at the bottom of the same screen you get after clicking your screen name on the Home Screen).

@Keelz Does your Inspire 3 show steps on your screen? Does the web dashboard show any steps or sleep?
