Fitbit cancelled my free Premium gift.

I purchased a Fitbit  Versa 4  for my husband in July of 2024 and we installed the free 6-month Fitbit Premium app on his phone.   I purchased a Fitbit Inspire 3 on November 24, 2024 and installed the free Fitbit Premium app.  When it came time to renew his Premium app a couple of weeks ago, we did not renew (and it was not easy!)   A few days ago I received a message that my Premium membership was due to expire.   I was busy and didn't realize that it is not due to expire until June 2, 2025.  I  did not wish to pay the renewal fee, but in checking my Google subscription services it shows that my Premium service ends on 6/2/25.  I have spent a lot of time trying to get Fitbit Premium reinstalled on my phone but to no avail.  I have tried to "chat" but I can't get through the bot.  My fitbit is not recording my sleep, or steps.  Today, I tried restarting it, but it is not recording anything but calories.  I would like to finish out my Premium membership and have my features work.  I hope you can help me.  Thanks!

Hi, @Limongirl, welcome to the community. The gateway to "Customer Support" is  Contact Us - Fitbit Help Center Work through steps one & two then use "Contact options" phone & Chat links as it's a weekend you may need to wait until a weekday depending on where you are. Please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Thanks so much for your suggestion.  I did try to go that route, but I couldn't get through Step 2 because none of the choices fit my problem.  All the choices were about canceling or getting a refund rather than reinstating my Fitbit Premium service so I couldn't go any farther.  I think part of the misunderstanding developed because I set up both of our new watches and I got confused about which email went with which Fitbit account.  I did notice today that my cellphone was not the device associated with my watch so I corrected that and my Fitbit registered steps after that but not heart rate or exercise. We'll see about sleep tonight.  Thanks again!
