Hello,
I'm a very poor sleeper, always have been. I'm at 1.5 hours awake per night and around 30 minutes of rem sleep. The other 6-7 hours are in light/deep. According to the internet, during rem sleeps you will likely dream and they will be coherant instead of random ones.
I very often have very recallable and coherant dreams despite having very poor REM sleep according to the app. I'm on a mission to try get my sleep better always been very poor), does anyone know what to make of this? I have a fitbit inspire 3

Hello @zoludwo2 and welcome to the Community. Fitbits estimate sleep stages by using algorithms that involve data it can measure, like heart rate variability, respiratory rate, movement, etc. These are all estimates because sleeps stages require EEG measurement. Fitbit's sleep stages have a good reputation, but they are still estimates. My Fitbit misses some of my dream time, too.
I recommend ideas and information for better sleep from the The National Sleep Foundation.

Hello @zoludwo2
Just to let you know, I moved your post from the Charge 6 product help forum to the Inspire 3 product help forum since that's the device you mentioned in your post.
