I’ve checked all settings and they are set to vibrate. Yet when I get a call or text it doesn’t vibrate.

@CaraRuth , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Just to clarify: you can see the message/ notifications for calls but the Inspire 3 does not vibrate or you don't get any notifications at all?
Please make sure that the Don't Disturb mode is off.
Swipe down from the top of the screen to access quick setting, search for D&D.
To change the setting just tap on it.
Also make sure that the phone is not silenced.

That’s the EXACT problem. The phone is silenced……BUT that’s exactly why I want my Fitbit to vibrate!! My old Fitbit did….yet now that I have iPhone 15 my Fitbit no longer vibrates. You need to get the programmers to decouple the phone silence from the Fitbit silence. That’s the whole reason people WANT their Fitbit to vibrate. It doesn’t draw attention on a meeting because only you feel it. Vs. the whole phone vibrating on the table
