Fitbit fails to wake up when wrist is raised

My new Inspire 3 Fitbit doesn’t wake up when I raise my wrist. I’ve tried different solutions but they is no place displayed on the watch face for setting this. Any intel appreciated.

2   possibilities, both easily found in Quick Settings by swiping down from clock screen.

Most likely, you accidentally have Auto Wake turned off; other possibility, in Sleep Mode which prevents screen turning on with wrist turn.

@Expatri8 , A warm welcome to the Community !Thank you for your messages. 

Just adding to the tips from our friend JohnnyRow . On the Quick settings also make sure that the Inspire 3 is set to be worn On Wrist and not On Clip. 

To change any setting there, just tap on it.
