I just get my new Inspire 3, and I’m using Playful clock, the always on is a cool feature so I’m using that too. But the heart rate is no working. I have to tap or raise my hand to find my heart rate. Bad experience! Any solutions?

Not familiar with that particular clockface but generally always-on clockfaces show minimal displays until turn wrist (or tap) to avoid running battery out too quickly. Then show full display for the set # of seconds, then revert back to the minimal display. Otherwise battery length would not be acceptable.

Hi @Allenwang, I know the clocks can be annoying at times, like, I'm using the aura clock right now, and you have to wait for the thingy to finish it's 'display' before you can tap the screen for stats. I think that the same must be with playful, or that you have 'always on' on. Go to display settings and if is on, turn it off.
