Has anyone else experienced their inspire 3 constantly vibrating and the screen turning on and off. My husband's started doing this tonight. I finally got it to respond enough to restart it. Waiting to see if it does it again. I plugged it into the charger and it said 14% then went back up to 42% (where it was before I plugged it in) no settings were changed prior to this happening.

Hi, @Krebsbutler , you did the right thing by giving your Inspire 3 a restart. A restart is always the first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected. Hopefully this issue won’t recur! If you find a Fitbit unresponsive then besides using the Inspire 3 menu screen for a restart you can always also do the restart using the plug in to charge method. It constantly vibrated for over an hour today. Nothing would stop it. Also, last night the side buttons would not respond when squeezed to turn on the light or go back to the home screen. Is this an update issue?!?
I can't get it to do the restart plugged in to the charger because the side buttons aren't responding.

Mine is doing the same thing and I am stuck in Mexico at the moment! Need some help
goes randomly onto different setting and won’t stop vibrating and then goes to a black screen

It vibrated until it died. I ended up having to call support and they sent a new one (well refurbished) under warranty. When we charged it (the original one) back up it seemed to work but died within hours.
